Whether your goals are to get faster, stronger, more powerful, or just get back to daily activities without pain, we will use an exercise-forward approach to help you meet these goals.

Strength Training

Strength training is critical to improve the health of your muscles, tendons, bones, and other tissues. Your muscles do SO much more than most people realize, and it’s important that we take care of them. Our bodies are designed to move, but so many of us are stuck behind a computer for 6-8 hours a day.

Strength training is an integral component of physical therapy. Your Physical Therapist will develop a program that is specific for you and will directly help you meet your activity goals.

Performance Training

Performance training is offered by Believe Physical Therapy & Performance for athletes of all ages. If you don’t currently have pain or an injury that needs traditional physical therapy, this program is perfect for you! The performance program will be tailored to meet your specific needs.

So, whether you’re a high-school or college athlete looking to level up, you are an avid pickleball player wanting to prepare for the next season, or you’re an active adult who wants to stay fit and strong for life, this program is for you! We will meet you where you’re at, design a program that’s right for you, and cheer you on as you work to achieve your goals.
